Question: What happens if my product doesn't arrive?

Answer: If your order does not arrive within the specified time frame, contact us and we will track the order. If the order is lost, we will refund or resend your order.

Question: What happens if my product is damaged upon arrival?

Answer: If your order has been damaged during shipping, send us a photo of the damaged product upon receiving it and we will resend or refund your order. The choice will be yours.

Question: How long will my order take?

Answer: Depending on where you are, your order can take between 5 & 28 days to arrive to you via free shipping.

Question: Can I track my order?

Answer: Yes. You will receive an email once your order is processed that will state your tracking number.
